Q. Why do I need to provide a .CSV file of my band/artist email list? Are you going to SPAM mail my list?

Your fans will never receive unsolicited mail from Planetwrapper nor will your list be sold or traded to any other company or website.

Under our Terms of Service, you can rest assured that we will never use your email list for anything other than gifts you authorize us to send on your behalf.

We do not SPAM and for this reason, we will not allow the potential for hundred of emails to be sent from our server in one single request.

In addition, maintaining control over our Music Promotion Service emails allows us to send them in such a way as not to interfere with our normal service.
