Please begin by ensuring that you have added Planetwrapper.com to your email whitelist/allowed list (please consult the documentation provided by your particular email provider re adding a site). Once you've done so, send yourself a new activation email from
here.

Q: Why didn't my friend didn't receive their virtual gift?

We are continually seeking to improve our email deliverability rates, but due to the rise in spam sometimes email servers mistake Planetwrapper gift notifications for spam mail. Please contact the recipient and ask them to add Planetwrapper.com to their email whitelist/allowed list to ensure that notifications arrive in the future.

Q: Is sending a Planetwrapper Fund Transfer safe?

Q: Where is the Wrap Central browser plugin? I don't see it.

The Wrap Central browser plugin resides in the top left of the browser itself just above the browser window and just below the Forward and Back arrow buttons. Be sure to watch the video tutorial for a clear demonstration of

Q: Why do I have to check to see if an item is wrappable or not?

Online stores such as Amazon.com list thousands of products and while most are wrappable, not all can be wrapped by our service at the present time.

Q: I've never used paypal before. How secure is it?

PayPal is trusted by millions of users and over 100,000 websites on the internet as the leader in secure online financial transactions. It uses 128 bit encryption to ensure that your financial information is kept safe from prying eyes.

Q: How do I scroll through wrapping paper styles?

To scroll through the paper styles, first select a style from the drop-down menu. Then simply move your mouse to either side of the thumbnail gift scroller. Be sure to watch our video tutorial on how to
wrap a Planetwrapper virtual gift for more information.

Q: Do I have to wait for an email confirmation of my amazon purchase before I can start wrapping the gift?

No. Once your purchase is complete your can proceed immediately to wrapping the gift by simply clicking the Wrap It button.

Q: If I select the gift delivery for a later posted dated time, does Amazon post date the delivery as well?

No. Your amazon purchase will be delivered to the recipient based on the shipping method you select. Only the virtual gift itself, including Planetwrapper Fund Transfers are post dated and sent by our service on the date you choose.

Q: I don't have a paypal account but have received money, but I don't want to give out my banking information. What can I do?

You will receive a notification email from PayPal inviting you to open an account in order to access your money. You are not required to give out your banking information, but instead you can simply use the balance in your account to shop online at the over 100,000 stores on web that accept PayPal.

Q: I don't see the Planetwrapper browser plugin. Where is it? It seems to have disappeared.

If you look carefully, you'll see that the toolbar plugin is still there, but once you leave Planetwrapper or one of the authorized online stores the wrapability button will disappear. To reactivate Wrap Central, simply return to Planetwrapper.com and you'll see that the button re-appears.
