How to Proceed

Option 1 - We Send It From Our Server
Choose this option if you want your gift to be sent as an official Planetwrapper Virtual Gift

Option 2 - You Send It Out In An Email
Choose this option if you prefer simply pasting the gift link into an email and sending it out yourself.

  • Sign-up as a Planetwrapper Member if you haven't already done so
  • Send us the following information by email to: mps@planetwrapper.com
    •
  • Your Planetwrapper Username (registered email)
  • Your artist/band name
  • The wording of the Subject line for your gift notification email (optional)
  • The URL of the MP3 file you wish to embed in the gift OR the file itself
  • Indicate whether you want the MP3 to be downloadable, or simply streamed inside the gift
  • A .CSV file (Comma Separated Values) of your band email list     (Why do I need to provide this?)
  • The date you wish your gift to be sent
  • We'll send you a Planetwrapper MPS ID number for that specific gift
  • Finally, design your text and image content in our Virtual Gift Assembler, wrap it, and send it to us at the above email address (mps@planetwrapper.com).  Be sure to include the MPS ID Number we send you in the gift Subject line and enter "MPS" as First Name.
  • We send the gift out to your entire list (Why do we send it?)
  • Sign-up as a Planetwrapper Member if you haven't already done so
  • Send us the following information by email to: mps@planetwrapper.com
    •
  • Your Planetwrapper Username (registered email)
  • Your artist/band name
  • The URL of the MP3 file you wish to embed in the gift OR the file itself
  • Indicate whether you want the MP3 to be downloadable, or simply streamed inside the gift
  • We'll send you a Planetwrapper MPS ID number for that specific gift
  • Finally, design your text and image content in our Virtual Gift Assembler, wrap it, and send it to us at the above email address (mps@planetwrapper.com).  Be sure to include the MPS ID Number we send you in the gift Subject line and enter "MPS" as First Name.
  • We send you the gift link
  • You paste the link into an email and send it out to your list via your own email service provider
